Sacrifice
A downloadable game for Windows
COMMANDS :
- WASD / ZQSD to move
- Left and Right clic to fire
- E to merge the 2 elements in your hand
You, as an elemental humanoid, must kill the oppressive gigantic earth golem to protect the DeathWorld.
Our Hero can control 3 different elements : Fire / Ice / Electricity.
Each hand can stand 1 element, which makes combo possible.
To take an element in your left : hit 1, 2 or 3 on your keyboard to select it from your spell bar then left click to put it in left hand.
To take an element in your right hand : hit 1, 2 or 3 on your keyboard to select it from your spell bar then right click to put it in right hand.
When you got an element in each hand, you can merge it to make a combo spell.
COMBOS:
Fire + Fire = Attak Speed buff.
Ice + Ice = Icebloc to protect yourself.
Electricity + Electricity = Transfer.
Fire + Ice = FlameThrower.
Fire + Electricity = Fire Tornado
Ice + Electricity = Antimatter Missile.
But, in order to defeat the monster, you'll need to regain mana from the DeathWorld.
Indeed, the golem is surely going to kill you, or you will come out of mana, so as a ghost you'll be able to harvest mana orbs from the DeathWorld.
Regaining your mana is a tought journey, because you'll have less and less time depending on your death count.
The spirits will let you in the other world only 30 seconds at first, and decrease the time left by 5 seconds at every deaths.
If you collect up to 10 orbs ( 100 mana ), you will come back to life to continue your fight.
If you don't collect enought mana in the remaining time, the spirits will keep you in the death world forever.
Thank you in advance for testing our game,
Reborn TEAM.

Love it
Fun little game to play!
I really like the graphics and the giant you fight looks pretty neat in design!
I must say though, I was a bit confused at first. What I missed in the game, was backstory, why you fight the giant and what the whole deal with the DeathWorld was.
The only real issue I had, was that I died when walking up to random boulders that were laying still, the giant doing his meteor attack while in the DeathWorld (maybe an invisible wall or something would fix this) and that I couldn't seem to use the 4th skill or the icon above the skills bar (the icon with eyes).
Of course, this was a short game, perhaps you'll add more in the future to cover this, in which case my words mean nothing haha
I'm looking forward to what the game has to offer in the future, maybe with new enemies, maps... would be cool to see!
Like others, I also made a small video on my experience with the game, feel free to have a look!
Really enjoyed this one. I'm a sucker for low-poly and jumping straight into the action. There was a bit of an issue with the hit-box for the boss's jumping attack. It seems very large for the amount of time you have to react, and there was one time where I walked into a boulder that wasn't moving and died. Overall thought I think you have something with this one that can easily be expanded on. Good work guys!
Ahah funny video beginning, we need to add invisible walls ! Thank you for your review :D
Great game! Love the art style and game play! It's different from some games. Couple of glitches that I found is that on the left or right side of the map (Mountain with Ice) there is a way to get under the map. It doesn't benefit the player but thought it should be brought up. Same with the Transfer combo. I was messing with the combo's and that teleported me under the map. The golem's jump attack in my opinion too difficult to avoid. I found a way to counter it (Ice + Ice) but you have to do that before he jumps or you can't activate it in time. The are some moments where it seems that the game doesn't analyze what buttons I press (ex. Ice shield, press e, still attacks) but other then that, great game! Keep up the good work!
Awesome stuff here! I don't usually see this kind of scale of jam titles, but it's really impressive! The magic combo system took me a few tries to learn, but once I got a hold of it, it was fun to experiment with. My only real issue is the way you take damage from the golem's jump attack. Felt like the only way to avoid it was to be far enough away from it, but sometimes I'd spawn right into it. Didn't always feel fair. But with some polish this could be even better than it already is! Great work!
Hey ! Thank you for your review ! amazing video you got here, we're taking all feedbacks to improve the game, and seeing someone playtesting it is really helpful, you go a new sub here ;)
